Una, bakit ba na kahit anong fishball, squidball, at kung anu-ano mang *ball (at kikiam) ang bilin mo mula sa pamilihan, mas masarap pa rin ‘yung nangaling sa kalye, usok at lahat-lahat? Lalo na ‘yung sarsa nila. Sobrang sarap talaga.

Pangalawa, matagal ko talagang gustong gawin ito: imbis na tuhugin ang mga *ball at kikiam, isa-isahing pulutin papunta sa lalagyan gamit ang chopsticks, 筷子。

‘Yun lang.
